My Experience:

I am always in the hunt of good make up brush cleaners which would do equal wonders for my sponges as well. In addition to thorough cleansing I also seek safe ingredients to help comply with my expensive make up tools and extremely sensitive skin.

So I decided to pick this mini cleanser as it seemed like a perfect travel sized container and also contained a silicone pad for deep cleansing. I have been considering the Sigma Spa Brush Cleaning Mat for a while but I was quite sceptical keeping in mind my constant travelling schedule and the big sized mat.

The Cleanser houses a Silicone pad

Therefore I decided to give this wee product a go. It is packaged in a palm sized round plastic tub which conveniently houses a silicone pad and then a solid shampoo bar. 

The bar smells amazing. To be premise it smells and feels like rich moisturising argan - very similar to argan hand creams sold at The Body Shop outlets. 

The silicone pad is easily used when placed on the palm of your hands to avoid gliding off other surfaces.

This little product has sped up my brush cleansing - it is time saving as it washes and moisturises my brushes without the hassle of using too many products and also does not shed the bristles. The silicone pad helps with cleaning any makeup product off brushes. I do not use the silicone pad for sponges or sponge brushes as these could easily tear.

The 2 in 1 brush and sponge cleanser & moisturiser

The process of using this Mini Solid Brush Cleaner is fairly simple:

1. Wet the soap bar with water

2. Lather the brush bristles or sponge by gently rubbing against the soap bar

3. Swirl the brushes (NOT SPONGES) over the silicone pad with a light hand

4. Rinse off the soap

5. Leave brushes over the counter (flat) to reshape and dry.

6. Leave the bar to dry completely before placing the silicone pad into the compartment

Although it is a mini sized product it will definitely last me a while as the bar compartment prevents wastage of any product and only a small amount helps lather up against bristles and sponges.

The Mini Solid Brush Cleaner is affordable and does not burn a hole in the pocket and it does the work of pretty much all staple brush cleaning products in ONE. It is also available in a bigger size.

The soap bar is sufficient for many happy washes

The container can be reused once the product runs out. You can place your pennies, creams or any essential to fit your purses.

My Beauty Blender and brushes are squeaky clean in just one wash and this does not even break me out.

The overall cleaning process takes very little time. 

And did I mention I love the scent? 💖

So, do I recommend it?
